I have come to find that how you start your day is incredibly important. I know for the longest time I didn't think much about morning rituals. I would just get up, get dressed and go about my day. The thing is, it wouldn't take long before someone's bad mood would send me spinning.
So when it comes to going for your dreams, you're probably used to hearing advice like: work hard, push through, just do it or hustle forward. I'm not saying they're bad. I'm not saying it's wrong. It definitely has it's place. But I know that in my own experience, pushing forward and trying to make it happen.
Tapping. You may have heard about it. Or, you may not. Another name for it is EFT, which stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. I heard about it through Gala Darling and have been using it ever since.
